Beginning August 1st 2025, all patients seen at Med Care Medical Center will be new patients under the new medical director, Floyd C. David MD. Please call the office if you have questions.

If you are waiting on medical records copies from our office, please be aware that due to the transition to electronic medical records, all charts 2023 and prior have been sent to be scanned. The only records available in office are 2024 and 2025. We appreciate your patience with this transition.

Our History

Med Care Medical Center is under new management. Dr. Floyd C. David began his role as Medical Director of Med Care Medical Center in May of 2025. Dr. David is a graduate of University of Michigan medical school. He began providing care to patients in the Sacramento region in the early 90's (or the late 1900's depending on who you ask.) Before joining us as Medical Director of Med Care, Dr. David cared for our nations veterans through the VA, worked at area urgent cares and even had his own practice on Coyle Ave a few decades ago.

Dr. David and his team look forward to getting to know our new patients!

Med Care Medical Center has been a staple in the Roseville community for almost 30 years, providing urgent care, worker's compensation and occupational medical services to patients in the Roseville area.
